Simple instructions to try ProjectMed with test accounts.

All Test Accounts Use the Same Login

Password TestDoc2025!
PIN (for PDF export) 654321
Do not change the password or PIN. All testers share these credentials. If you change them, others will be locked out.

Quick Start: 3 Steps

  1. Go to the ProjectMed website and enter any test email from the table below + password TestDoc2025!
  2. Click on any patient name to open their record. Look at the tabs: Basic Info, Allergies, Clearance, Visits
  3. In the Visits tab, scroll down and try adding a new visit. Fill some fields and click "Add Visit"
That's it! You're using ProjectMed. Below you'll find details on which doctor to log in as and what to look for.

Things to Try

Don't worry about doing everything. Pick any card below and try it out:

View a Patient Record

Click any patient name on the Dashboard. Check Basic Info, Allergies, and Visits tabs. All fields should have data.

Add a New Visit

Open any patient, go to Visits tab, scroll down, fill in some fields and click "Add Visit". It should appear in the list.

Try a Different Specialty

Log in as Dr. Lin (TCM + Bone-Setting). Open a patient and you'll see a dropdown to choose which specialty form to use.

Take a Photo

Open any patient's Visits tab. Scroll to the bottom. Click "Take Photo" or drag an image to upload. It always works, any specialty.

Export a PDF

Open a patient with visits (e.g. Grace Hernandez). Click "Export PDF". Enter PIN: 654321. Open the PDF with password: patient's last 4 ID digits.

Search for a Patient

Use the search bar on the Dashboard. Try typing "Alice" or "P-900005". The list should filter instantly.

Test Patients (12)

All test doctors can see all 12 patients. Each patient already has visits with data.

Permission and Feature Tests

These tests verify that recent permission changes and new features work correctly.

Admin View-Only on Patient Records

  1. Log in as an admin account
  2. Open any patient record from the Dashboard
  3. Verify that you can view all tabs (Basic Info, Allergies, Visits, Images) but cannot see edit, delete, or add buttons
  4. Confirm that no "Add Visit" form appears in the Visits tab
  5. Confirm that no "Upload" or "Take Photo" button appears in the Images tab

Doctor Group Transfer Request

  1. Log in as a doctor account
  2. Go to My Profile
  3. Find the Group section and click "Request Transfer"
  4. Select a different group from the dropdown and submit
  5. Verify the request status shows as "Pending"
  6. Log in as an admin and verify you can see and approve/reject the transfer request

Admin Group Cascade

  1. Log in as a superadmin
  2. Go to Admin Management
  3. Change an admin's group assignment
  4. Verify a warning appears about doctors being affected by the change
  5. Confirm a checkbox is required before proceeding

ICD-10 Codes in Visits and PDF

  1. Log in as any doctor
  2. Open a patient and go to Visits tab
  3. Add a new visit and use the ICD-10 autocomplete in the Diagnosis field
  4. Save the visit and verify the ICD-10 code appears next to the diagnosis in the visit list
  5. Export the patient as PDF and verify the ICD-10 code appears alongside the diagnosis in the PDF

System Dashboard (Superadmin)

  1. Log in as a superadmin
  2. Verify a "System Dashboard" link appears in the navigation menu
  3. Click it and verify the dashboard loads with system statistics
  4. Log in as a doctor or admin and verify the "System Dashboard" link does NOT appear

Admin Registration with Group Selection

  1. Log in as a superadmin
  2. Go to Admin Management and create a new admin
  3. Verify that a group selection dropdown is available during registration
  4. Select a group and complete the registration
  5. Verify the new admin is assigned to the selected group

搜尋病患

使用儀表板上的搜尋欄。試試輸入「Alice」或「P-900005」。列表會立即篩選。

測試病患（12 位）

所有測試醫師都能看到這 12 位病患。每位病患已有看診資料。

權限與功能測試

管理員對病患紀錄僅有檢視權限

  1. 以管理員帳號登入
  2. 從儀表板開啟任意病患紀錄

醫師群組轉移申請

  2. 前往管理員管理
  3. 變更管理員的群組分配
  4. 驗證會出現關於醫師受影響的警告
  5. 確認需要勾選核取方塊才能繼續

ICD-10 代碼在看診和 PDF 中顯示

  1. 以任意醫師登入
  2. 開啟病患並前往看診分頁
  3. 新增看診並在診斷欄位使用 ICD-10 自動完成
  4. 儲存看診並驗證 ICD-10 代碼在看診列表中顯示於診斷旁
  5. 匯出病患 PDF 並驗證 ICD-10 代碼在 PDF 中顯示於診斷旁

系統儀表板（超級管理員）

  1. 以超級管理員登入

Inicio Rapido: 3 Pasos

  1. Vaya al sitio web de ProjectMed e ingrese cualquier correo de prueba de la tabla de abajo + contrasena TestDoc2025!

Cosas Para Probar

No necesita probar todo. Elija cualquier tarjeta y pruebela:

Ver un Registro de Paciente

Haga clic en cualquier nombre de paciente en el Panel. Revise Info Basica, Alergias y Consultas. Todos los campos deben tener datos.

Agregar una Nueva Consulta

Abra cualquier paciente, vaya a Consultas, desplacese abajo, llene algunos campos y haga clic en "Agregar Consulta".

Probar Otra Especialidad

Inicie sesion como Dr. Lin (MTC + Traumatologia). Abra un paciente y vera un menu desplegable para elegir el formulario de especialidad.

Tomar una Foto

Abra la pestana de Consultas de cualquier paciente. Desplacese al final. Haga clic en "Tomar Foto" o arrastre una imagen. Funciona con cualquier especialidad.

Exportar un PDF

Abra un paciente con consultas. Haga clic en "Exportar PDF". Ingrese PIN: 654321. Abra el PDF con los ultimos 4 digitos del ID del paciente.

Buscar un Paciente

Use la barra de busqueda del Panel. Escriba "Alice" o "P-900005". La lista se filtra al instante.

Pruebas de Permisos y Funciones

Estas pruebas verifican que los cambios recientes de permisos y las nuevas funciones funcionen correctamente.

Admin Solo Lectura en Registros de Pacientes

  1. Inicie sesion como cuenta de administrador
  2. Abra cualquier registro de paciente desde el Panel
  3. Verifique que puede ver todas las pestanas (Info Basica, Alergias, Consultas, Imagenes) pero no puede ver botones de editar, eliminar o agregar
  4. Confirme que no aparece el formulario "Agregar Consulta" en la pestana de Consultas
  5. Confirme que no aparece el boton "Subir" o "Tomar Foto" en la pestana de Imagenes

Solicitud de Transferencia de Grupo del Doctor

  1. Inicie sesion como cuenta de doctor
  2. Vaya a Mi Perfil
  3. Encuentre la seccion de Grupo y haga clic en "Solicitar Transferencia"
  4. Seleccione un grupo diferente del menu desplegable y envie
  5. Verifique que el estado de la solicitud muestra "Pendiente"
  6. Inicie sesion como admin y verifique que puede ver y aprobar/rechazar la solicitud de transferencia

Cascada de Grupo del Admin

  1. Inicie sesion como superadmin
  2. Vaya a Gestion de Administradores
  3. Cambie la asignacion de grupo de un admin
  4. Verifique que aparece una advertencia sobre los doctores afectados por el cambio
  5. Confirme que se requiere una casilla de verificacion antes de continuar

Codigos ICD-10 en Consultas y PDF

  1. Inicie sesion como cualquier doctor
  2. Abra un paciente y vaya a la pestana de Consultas
  3. Agregue una nueva consulta y use el autocompletado ICD-10 en el campo de Diagnostico
  4. Guarde la consulta y verifique que el codigo ICD-10 aparece junto al diagnostico en la lista de consultas
  5. Exporte el paciente como PDF y verifique que el codigo ICD-10 aparece junto al diagnostico en el PDF

Panel del Sistema (Superadmin)

  1. Inicie sesion como superadmin
  2. Verifique que aparece un enlace "Panel del Sistema" en el menu de navegacion
  3. Haga clic y verifique que el panel carga con estadisticas del sistema
  4. Inicie sesion como doctor o admin y verifique que el enlace "Panel del Sistema" NO aparece

Registro de Admin con Seleccion de Grupo

  1. Inicie sesion como superadmin
  2. Vaya a Gestion de Administradores y cree un nuevo admin
  3. Verifique que hay un menu desplegable de seleccion de grupo durante el registro
  4. Seleccione un grupo y complete el registro
  5. Verifique que el nuevo admin esta asignado al grupo seleccionado
